Learning Object Development

By integrating learning objects within an online course, content can be presented to help increase learning and retention. 

There are a variety of learning objects that can be developed for online courses to help engage students and reinforce learning of concepts.


Steps for learning object development


1. Review the learning objects that are available. Click the photo to see the demonstration.


 2. Download the template to learn about the requirements and parameters of the learning object.


3. Fill out the template document and save it to your computer. 

4. Upload the template document (and associated image files if applicable) by clicking the tab below. 

5. Once the learning object is created, you will be contacted and asked to review. The learning object is placed in the specified location within the Blackboard course.
